This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the BETABOX Technologies Inc. ("BETABOX") website uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy policy, which describes how we handle your personal data.

A cookie is a small text file the site stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage and measurement tags, which this policy treats the same way as cookies.
2. How we ask for your consent
The first time you visit the site we show a notice with two equal options: Accept and Decline. Until you decide, only strictly necessary cookies work, and measurement tools run without cookies and without identifying you.
- If you accept, we enable the analytics and marketing cookies described below.
- If you decline, we keep using necessary cookies only. The site works the same.
We store your choice for 180 days in a first-party cookie. You can change it at any time with the button at the end of this page or by clearing your browser cookies.

Live chat
The support chat (Chatwoot) loads on every page. It stores a conversation identifier in your browser's local storage only when you start a conversation, so you can resume it. It is not used for advertising.
4. Third-party services
Google tools (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft Clarity and Chatwoot are operated by third parties that process data under their own privacy policies. We configure these tools to respect your choice: until you accept, they set no analytics or marketing cookies in your browser.
5. How to change or withdraw your choice
- Use the Change my cookie choice button at the end of this page. Your choice is cleared and the notice appears again.
- Clear the site's cookies in your browser settings.
- Block third-party cookies in your browser. The site keeps working.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we add or remove tools. The effective date shows the latest version.
