BETABOX Technologies is a Microsoft Solutions Partner – Business Applications, with more than 15 years implementing Microsoft solutions. We are looking for consultants, developers, and project managers who want to work remotely, with real clients, and with Business Central as the flagship solution.

- Before recommending a tool or a change, we understand how the client really operates, not how the manual says it should. We expect the same curiosity about the business as about the technology.
- We design with the client team, not for them
- The people who will use the solution every day help design it. You will work side by side with finance, operations, and sales users, not only with the IT department.
- We favor standard functionality and document the exceptions
- We look for focused solutions that are easy to maintain. Before building custom code, we exhaust the standard functionality of Business Central and the Microsoft ecosystem, and we put the reason for every exception in writing.
- We measure business results
- Success is not "the system went live"; it is fewer days to close the books, fewer manual errors, and more visibility to decide. Every project has metrics agreed with the client, and we review them at the end.
Profiles we look for
Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consultant
Location: Remote · Latin America
Maps finance, purchasing, sales, and inventory processes, configures Business Central, supports data migration, and trains users. Previous experience with ERP implementations for midsize companies is a plus.
AL and Power Platform developer
Location: Remote · Latin America
Builds AL extensions for Business Central, API-based integrations, and automations with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. Experience with Azure DevOps and version control with Git is a plus.
Microsoft 365 and security consultant
Location: Remote · Latin America
Designs and implements Microsoft 365 adoptions (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune), configures identity and conditional access, and supports change management. Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and of Kaspersky enterprise solutions is a plus.
Implementation project manager
Location: Remote · Latin America
Runs Business Central and Microsoft ecosystem implementations end to end: scope, schedule, risks, client communication, and outcome metrics. Experience managing remote teams and ERP projects is a plus.

Offer and onboarding
If both sides decide to move forward, we present a written offer and agree on a start date. Onboarding begins by supporting a project already underway alongside an experienced consultant.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the work fully remote?
- Yes. BETABOX works remotely with clients in the United States and Latin America. You collaborate from your own country, on hours coordinated with the team and with the clients on the projects you join.
- Which countries can I apply from?
- We accept applications from professionals living in any of the countries where we serve clients: the United States, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica. If you live elsewhere in the region, send your application anyway and mention it in your message.
- Do I need Microsoft certifications to apply?
- They are not a requirement to apply. What we value most is experience on real projects, knowledge of business processes, and the ability to communicate with clients. Microsoft certifications related to the role are a plus.
- Can I apply if no open role matches my profile?
- Yes. The roles listed here are the ones we look for most often, but we do accept applications sent on your own initiative. Tell us in the form which area you would like to work in and we will keep your application on file for future openings, with your consent.
- What language is used day to day?
- The main working language with the team and with most clients is Spanish. For some clients in the United States and for Microsoft technical documentation, a level of English that lets you read and communicate in writing is useful.
- What happens after I send my application?
